Now, there are two ways to get money for installing software and they’re totally different.
The one you’re most likely to find opportunities for is a form of affiliate marketing, where you post the download link to the software on your website and get paid per person who installs it.
That’s option one.
Option two is helping people who don’t understand computers very well to install software. That one is obviously the preferable option, but it’s a market that has been mostly cornered by services like the Geek Squad (and they’re charging a fortune to do it!)
If you happen to come across anybody who needs this service, just charge less than the Geek Squad, and you’ll still be able to make good money for very little work.
